ABOUT ME

Born on the paradise island of Oahu, I was raised Jehovah's Witness in what some may call a religious cult.  To escape the holds of my strict religious background and unique Asian, Hawaiian, American culture I moved to Boulder, Colorado to experience seasons and live the college life.  Returning to Oahu after college I experienced a quarter-life crisis which spiraled me into depression and anxiety. I followed the path of shoulds and timelines:  got married before 30, struggled with endometriosis, infertility, parenthood, ADHD, and PTSD.  I consider myself a life student and learner. My end goal has always been to build a life of purpose. The journey within caused much confusion and suffering but ultimately has led to Truth and Freedom. Through mind, body, and spirit (connection with self) I've found the gifts of healing. My intention through coaching, is not to fix or change anyone's beliefs, religion, or being but rather, gently guide one on their own path towards connection, acceptance, and forgiveness. These are the things I work on daily towards creating my own Spiritual alchemy.
